I cannot hold a fork to your skill but I feel I must write a critique of your execution. Ultimately the forefront of the image is the Draconian Mage no doubt enchanting his sword which to put it as bluntly as possible: IS EFFING AMAZING! My single personal issue with this image is the the harsh contrast between the character and the background. The right side of the image shows a very smooth transition from harsh, realistic detail to broad sweeping brushstrokes showcasing the background. This is easy on the eyes and flows very well. I know what you want me to look at and the illusion of focus works.
On the other hand the left side of the image appears more like a green screen effect rather than a piece of the overall scene. It transitions nicely from the right side of the background to the left but not back towards the foreground. Furthermore it appears notably less detailed than anything else on that side of the image and contrasts harshly. Rather than simulating depth of field it just comes off as slightly detached. Taken at face value the image looks very good but in my personal opinion sharpening up the left most portion of the background, closest to the viewer, and the front of the desk or reverse detailing the sword arm into the background would put this image higher than it already is in my top favourite dragon pics.
All in all, some asymmetric transition from foreground to background issues are all that really sticks out and the image as a whole is no doubt a very dear labour of love.
wow dude thats totaly epic i dont know what else to say but ill try my best i liked how you did the back round and all but the dragon is my favorite part or is that a dragon, i liked how you did the scales of the beast it looks so cool the sword is epic. i see that the dragon is giving the sword power right? i mean the sword is so shiny. and in the back round hes in a house am i correct? i also like the armor its shiny to looks like metal or titanium ethier oneone its so awesome you did a very nice job
